Terms of Service

By accepting these Terms and Conditions and/or by using MYUACS, I confirm that I have read, understood, and fully accept all rules, terms, policies, and academic and administrative procedures arising from the use of the system.

  1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, I expressly agree to pay a fee of 100 euros in denar equivalent for the use of the MYUACS system. This fee covers the costs of maintenance, development, and administration of the electronic system and is necessary for access to all of its functionalities, including the mandatory registration of courses, the submission of requests, and the monitoring of academic status.
  2. I confirm that all data, documents, and information I enter into the system are accurate, truthful, and complete, and that I bear responsibility for their accuracy and lawfulness in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
  3. I confirm that all activities undertaken through my user profile, including the registration of courses, the selection of a study program, the submission of requests, the uploading of documents, and other electronic actions within the system, are performed by me and on my responsibility, except in cases of proven unauthorized access of which the University has been notified in a timely manner.
  4. By registering courses, submitting requests, or undertaking other activities through the system, I confirm that I am familiar with all rights, obligations, and consequences arising from such actions in accordance with the regulations, decisions, and acts of the University, which are publicly published and available on the University's official website at the following link: www.uacs.edu.mk
  5. With this consent, I confirm that I am familiar with the rights and obligations arising from the use of the system, and that electronic acceptance constitutes a valid and binding declaration of will to enter into a contract for the use of the MYUACS system under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions and in the regulations, decisions, and acts of the University that are publicly published.
  6. I agree that the electronic consent given through the system may be used as valid confirmation of acceptance of rights, obligations, academic and administrative decisions, requests, statements, and other acts for which the University provides electronic confirmation, provided that the user has prior access to the content of the document, decision, or act being accepted.
  7. I agree not to use the system in a manner that may compromise its security, functionality, or integrity, nor to enter inaccurate data, malicious software, or other content contrary to the legal regulations and internal acts of the University.
  8. The University may amend these Terms and Conditions where there are justified reasons to do so (for example, alignment with legal regulations, the introduction of new functionalities, or security upgrades). Users will be notified of any amendments at least 15 days before they take effect.
